I bought 2 of these chairs 7 months ago. Both chairs felt flat within 3 months. I was sent 2 new cushions under warranty. Now the new cushions are flat and one of the chairs tilts to the left very bad.
I would not recommend this chair to anyone.

All parts were there to assemble. Instructions for assembly were great. After adjusting too my likes, feels good.

I have only had the chair for a week but so far no complaints. Very soft and comfortable, fairly easy assembly. Not hot when sitting on but maybe that will change in the summer time. I sit on the chair for 8 hours a day. Bought on sale for $99.
